Arrested for Harasment but case no-complainted, does it show up in background check?

I was mistakenly arrested for a harassment charge but the case was no-complainted and it did not lead to any trial or conviction.

Will this show up in background checks for appartment lease and jobs?

I ran a background check on myself through intelius and nothing showed up, but I am not sure.

A criminal background check will generally only reveal convictions along with the disposition (sentence). It will not show things for which you were arrested or charged, but not convicted. It may, however, sometimes show a pending criminal case that has not yet been resolved, but this does not apply to you. Your prospective employers won't know about the arrest and you have no real obligation to tell them. There is one exception to this.
If a law enforcement officer runs a check on you, the arrest will show up. This also means that if you apply for a job with a government agency, it may show up on their background check, but it will also show the disposition. This means that they will see that you were arrested, but they will also see that you were never charged.
